Base Tour General Information

Base Tour requests are handled by the 165th Public Affairs Office. To request a base tour, please complete and submit the following form.

Some information regarding the tours:

  • Base Tour Forms must be scheduled within a minimum 14 days of your requested tour date. 
  • The base recruiting office will conduct tours involving ROTC students (PA will still process the request)
  • Anyone over the age of 18 will need to be placed on this Vetting Form. This requires full names, driver's license/ ID number, and social security number so that our security forces can run a full background check on each individual. 
  • Typical tours can involve a static C-130 walk through with a pilot and/or crew chief which traditionally takes up most of the scheduled time. Some other options would be a tour with 165th Security Forces Squadron, 165th Fire Department, or our C-130 Flight Simulator.  If your organization has a special request as to what you would like to see, please include that request in the Additional Comments section of the base tour request form.
