165th Airlift Wing POL Fuels the Savannah Response and Recovery Effort

The Petroleum Oil and Lubricant office of the 165th Airlift Wing, Logistics Readiness and Supply Squadron of the 165th Mission Support Group, has been performing up to unexpected levels. Fuel Distribution System Technicians, Staff Sgt. Justin Bradford, a volunteer from the 134th Air Refueling Wing, McGhee Tyson Air National Guard Base (left) and Staff Sgt. Jared Dabney, 165th POL, operate a truck offloading header valve to take fuel during a fuel delivery to the Savannah Air National Guard Base, Oct. 4, 2017. The 165th AW is serving as a hub and spoke operation for aircraft flying to and from Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands providing vital supplies and personnel needed for relief and recovery efforts.
